Illinois pays by county: your circuit clerk's e-pay. “Pay any Illinois ticket” sites? Not the clerk.
Illinois tickets run through the circuit clerk of the county that issued them. There's no single statewide URL — the e-Guilty plead-and-pay program exists but is opt-in county by county — so the official map is the Illinois courts' e-business page, which lists every county's real payment link. Many counties use Judici.com; Cook County runs its own e-Pay.

The official map is illinoiscourts.gov → e-services → circuit court e-business links: every county's real payment page in one list. Cook County pays at cookcountyclerkofcourt.org (e-Plea/e-Pay); many downstate counties use Judici.com.
- Third-party sites chase “pay Illinois ticket” searches and resell what your circuit clerk does directly — added fees, delays, or a form the clerk never sees.
- Judici is real — which is exactly why lookalikes imitate it. Reach Judici through the illinoiscourts.gov county list, never through a search ad.
- The tell is the county: pay the circuit clerk of the county printed on your citation, not whichever county a search result happens to serve.
- Illinois' escape hatch is court supervision: the conviction and points stay off your record entirely — but it's capped at twice per 12 months and locked out for school-zone and construction-zone-worker violations. Paying online as a plain guilty plea spends the ticket without asking. Run the Illinois verdict machine →
- CDL holders: supervision counts federally even when Illinois masks it — the deferral rules are different for you, and paying blind is riskier.
Not sure what the citation is actually charging, which court it names, or when the clock runs out? Photograph it — the scanner reads every legible line and routes you to your options. The photo is processed in memory and never stored. How Ticket Scan works →
